What is Tudca
Tudca (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a bile salt that is found naturally in the body. When normal bile salts arrive in the digestive organs, they can be processed by microbes into UDCA (Ursodeoxycholic acid). Then eventually combined to taurine to become TUDCA as the by-product. TUDCA is water-solvent and has both water dissolvable and fat dissolvable ends. Which gives it the property to be good cleanser.
This is useful for the bile salt’s organic reason (emulsifying fats to facilitate absorption). Yet when bile acids back up in the liver, a clinical state called cholestasis occurs. These bile salts harm the cells by eliminating the cellular film/layer and destroying cells in the process. TUDCA and other water dissolvable bile salts like UDCA counter this. And in this manner protects cells from destruction.
TUDCA decreases damage to a cell’s Endoplasmic Reticulum. Through lessening ER stress, it has a wide scope of advantageous metabolic impacts. Dosing Tudca
Official recommendation states using 2 capsules 3times per day but from our experience and also what other researchers prove is that after SARM cycle is ok to take 2 capsules twice a day the first week and then only 1 capsule twice per day. After Prohormone cycle take 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best way is to take it after meal.
